"Hmm . . some great drama . . . especially in "Shanghai Busy Streets" intrigued me and captivated my ears to catch the nuances involved . . it was the rising influx of percussion . . a feeling of being driven . . . and a little trepidation . . .anxiety . . that dominated this piece. I also loved the piece, "Golden Dragon" which seemed to have the faintest scent of chanting/singing . . . I strained to hear that over the violent sounds of the dragon . . . perhaps the villagers were appeasing or calling to the dragon. . . as this sound appeared in waves . . . retreating and returning in full force . . I have always believed that dragons are charmed by singing . . . and music . . and perhaps brought good luck to the listener . . . I enjoyed the first track the best though .. . I loved the beat . . . and the instruments that seemed to flow, slowly, quietly and heavily . .. over the rapid and light percussion . . . beautiful contrast . . . Very nice album ... . with some unique expressions . . . vivid sound . "
